Services

I offer free 20 minute consultations to see whether my services are a good fit for you. Services can be provided virtually through video conferencing or in person in my home office located in Centrepointe. Please note that my home office has stairs.

 

Individual Psychotherapy, Family Counselling, and Clinical Supervision services are $165 for each 50 minute session. Providing financially accessible services is important to me and I offer sliding scale spots for clients who experience financial barriers. Payments are accepted by e-transfer or credit card. If you have extended health benefits, please check with your insurance provider whether services by a Registered Psychotherapist are covered under your plan. Psychotherapy can be claimed as a medical expense tax deduction when filing your income tax return.
